Received three order confirmation emails for one order, and on the last order confirmation the delivery time was an hour after our specified delivery time. Baring in mind we ordered 2 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Rang the store up and they said they had the machine switched off so no orders had come through. How as customers are we meant to know that? Considering order was already paid for. Did receive our order 25 mins after ringing up. Didn't receive sweet jacket potatoes, just regular ones and didn't receive the correct desserts. We rang up again to complain but the lady on the phone didn't seem bothered and said they were really busy and that they had no sweet jackets available. Why weren't we not informed there was no sweet jackets on our first phone call. Poor customer service and will not be returning
